Leyard and Planar to buy eyevis

Leyard and Planar are set to acquire eyevis in a bid to strengthen their presence in the EMEA market. Eyevis, a German manufacturer of large screen systems, entered insolvency proceedings at the end of last year when it also said it was seeking investors. In January 2018 the company said a restructuring process had been successful and that it was stable and fully financed.
