Busan Peniel Church has upgraded the audio systems for a more impactful worship experience with the selection of a Harman audio system that was deployed by TechData. The audio system comprises JBL, Crown, Soundcraft and dbx solutions.

Hyun Su Park, sales representative at TechData, said: “This project required us to configure multiple input and output channels with maximum performance on a limited budget. We suggested the budget-friendly Soundcraft Si Impact and Mini Stagebox 32, which doubled their channel count from 40 to 80. To tackle the sound issues occurring during worship in the small-spaced main stage area, we installed a dbx PMC Personal Monitor Controller which allows them to create a custom mix from 16 channels of audio.”

He continued: “We also installed JBL VRX932LA-1 line array loudspeakers that deliver flat frequency response and high output levels. After comparing other products to the Harman Professional audio solutions, we concluded that they are superior in both quality and cost efficiency. The client was extremely pleased with the new system.”

Park concluded: “Even though they had used JBL loudspeakers previously, the client was even more satisfied after the upgrade to their audio system. Now everybody can hear the sermons and gospel music more clearly than ever. Other similar-sized churches are also showing their interest in Busan Peniel Church’s new sound system.”
