Riedel expanded its 1200 series of intercom and control panels with a compact product, the 1RU RSP-1216HL SmartPanel.
The fully IP-centric RSP-1216HL features a full-colour, high-resolution, sunlight-readable touchscreen. Its hybrid-lever key design combines lever- and rotary-style key styles. The panel supports AES3 and SMPTE 2110-30 (AES67) connections together with GPIO, analogue, or AES67 4-Wire, as well as front and rear USB connectivity. It offers a single speaker and 16 hybrid-lever keys, compared with the larger RSP-1232HL's two speakers and 32 hybrid-lever keys.
The software-defined architecture of the 1200 Series SmartPanels keeps the product up to date and expandable via software apps.
