Biamp announced the successful completion of an advanced AV system installation at the L'Oréal corporate office in Mumbai, India. The project aimed to transform the company’s café and town hall spaces into high-performing environments capable of supporting a wide range of corporate activities.
The L'Oréal Mumbai office regularly hosts town hall events, customer gatherings, and team-building activities, making exceptional audio quality and reliable integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom essential requirements. The previous system had been plagued by poor audio clarity, inadequate sound pressure levels, and integration challenges with virtual meeting platforms.
In response, Mumbai-based AV systems integrator Netlogic designed and installed a solution leveraging Biamp technologies. The installation features a Biamp Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom certified large meeting room bundle, which includes the Tesira Forte X 400 digital signal processor; Parlé TCM-XA and TCM-XEX Beamtracking microphones; and Desono C-IC6 loudspeakers.
The solution also incorporates Desono EX-S8-UB-W surface-mount loudspeakers, Community ALC-1604D amplified loudspeaker controllers, and Tesira AVB video encoding and decoding technology.
Saji Dharmadas of Netlogic said: “For the L'Oréal project, the timeline was a significant challenge, but thanks to the seamless coordination between Biamp and its national distributor, Exodus, all products were delivered right on schedule.”
The Biamp AV solution delivers seamless Microsoft Teams Room and Zoom integration for hybrid meeting collaboration, along with crystal-clear audio with balanced SPL levels for in-person town hall sessions and social events. The functionality of the Biamp system enables staff to etransition the spaces between varied AV tasks such as providing background music, creating effective hybrid meetings, and hosting large social gatherings that may include a DJ set.
Dharmadas said: “The commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction on the part of Biamp truly sets them apart. We look forward to collaborating with them on future projects.”
