Celebrating its 65th anniversary, Electronics & Engineering has opened a warehouse and logistics centre. The facility is located at No. 9 Tuas South Street 10, Singapore 636942.
Over 3,000 square metres of land space was acquired by Electronics & Engineering from Jurong town Corporation last year for the warehouse which was then purpose-built from the ground up.
The two-storey building comprises four separate 7m high dehumidified clean-air warehouse spaces which are served by a 5 tonne capacity goods lift. The loading bay is equipped with dock levellers and can accommodate four container trucks.
The building also houses Electronics & Engineering’s workshop arm, Eng Kong Engineering Works, which is equipped with a 3 tonne travelling hoist. The facility also has two levels of office space and a multi-purpose area.
Gary Goh, deputy managing director of Electronics & Engineering, said: “We are pleased to be celebrating another milestone with the opening of our new warehouse and logistics centre which will facilitate our expansion plans for our business in the region.â€
