Spectrum Audio Visual, a Singapore-based AV systems integrator, has established a strategic partnership with Hibino Corporation, one of Japan’s AV specialists and a publicly listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Hibino Corporation now owns 75% of Spectrum, with the remaining shares retained by Spectrum's founder, Vincent Chua.
