TOA Electronics has announced the appointment of Nishino Takashi as its managing director. He assumed the role on January 1st, 2018.
Takashi joined TOA Corporation, Japan in 1995 as a research and development engineer specialising in the speakers segment. He later assumed the role of manager of R&D department in PT. TOA Galva Industries (TGI), a position he held from 2005 to 2006. From there he moved to the position of director of TGI from 2007 to 2009.
Armed with his rich product experience, Nishino was appointed product director in TOA Electronics, Singapore from 2009 to 2012 and spearheaded all regional models’ product development.
As managing director he will be using the breadth and depth of his product and management experience take TOA’s business in the Asia Pacific region to the next stage.
