InfoComm On Campus program comes to Asia

InfoComm International has announced its first InfoComm on Campus program in Asia, sponsored by the University of Hong Kong (HKU). Scheduled for 24 May, 2016 on the HKU campus, the one-day program focuses on the evolving role of technology as it applies to the classroom of the future.

Jonathan Seller, Senior Director of Development, Asia Pacific, InfoComm International, said: “Technology has been transforming the classroom experience around the world. In Asia, although we’ve seen a greater appreciation for the role of AV in enhanced learning, there is still immense potential to make the user experience more seamless and to create better AV/IT convergence.”

He continued: “The upcoming InfoComm on Campus addresses these important questions while promoting a shared understanding of how classroom AV technology can make learning more effective and engaging. This program is a must for those driving this change, and we’re proud to work with HKU to bring this to Asia.”

Speakers at InfoComm on Campus will include professors Susan Bridges and Ricky Kwok; Zane Au, CTS-D, Director, Shen Milsom & Wilke; and Terry Coe, Manager, Teaching Infrastructure Services, University of Western Australia.
