Absen stages virtual studio at ISE

Absen will transform part of its booth into a virtual production studio when it exhibits on stand 3N350 at ISE in Barcelona, May 10 to 13.

The LED manufacturer will work with partners to create the virtual studio and show off its products for LED on camera and virtual events. L&L is providing the stage, while Brompton Technology is handling image processing. An Alexa Mini LF paired with a 29mm Signature Prime Lens, as well as SkyPanel and Orbiter lighting fixtures will be provided by ARRI whilst camera tracking will be handled by stYpe.

Absen will use the ISE show for the international premiere of its latest LED series – including the new AX Pro series of MiniLED, the MR series of professional floor tile screens and the new Clear Cobalt (CL) MicroLED.

CL series comprises the CL1.2 and CL0.9 models. Measuring 610 x 343 mm and supporting resolutions from FHD to 8K, the Clear Cobalt series uses Absen’s black coating black calibration and custom HDR image algorithm technologies. Equipped with non-reflective coating, Clear Cobalt is designed to be highly reliable thanks to full flip chip and chip-on-board technologies.

Absen will also unveil the KL II series at ISE. Available in four different pixel pitches (1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.5mm), KL is designed for applications including control rooms, exhibitions, retail or conference rooms. The series has a 16:9 aspect ratio (which allows to create 2K, 4K and 8K displays), HFR+ capabilities, high brightness, increased grayscale performance and Colour Precision management technology.

Also on the stand will be Absen’s Absenicon, N series and Polaris series, as well as the new MR series of floor LED. Capable of bearing a load of 2500kg/sqm thanks to a high-density frame and tempered glass design, the MR4.8 and MR2.5 can also be hanged and stacked, and have the option of turning into interactive screens. Absen’s A99 perimeter display series will also be demoed.
