Disguise will show its upcoming r15 software release, the gx range, the new HDMI 2.0 VFC card and its solo server when it exhibits at Prolight + Sound on Stand 4.0 C21.
The gx range allows users to render video, audio, MIDI, tracking and automation data, or interactive inputs in real-time for shows that respond to their environment.
Features in the r15 software release include the Lux communication tool that now includes ambient occlusion, directional light, camera exposure and enhanced projector simulation. Disguise will also show OmniCal, a camera-based projector calibration engine that is designed to improve projection quality and setup time. New OmniCal Machine Vision camera and iPod kits will also be on display.
Disguise will also introduce its newest media server, the solo. The standalone server is built for everyday shows and projects and features options for HDMI and SDI capture, pro audio and 10GB Ethernet ports, two 4K outputs, fixed storage, 2TB SSD and redundant capabilities.
The solo builds on the disguise 2x2plus to offer twice the GPU power, networking power and outputs resolution plus even more storage and flexibility in its configurations.
Disguise will also show the HDMI 2.0 VFC card, an accessory to the pro and gx range that allows users to change the video output signal on their server. The new card enables users to run 4K resolutions at 60 frames per second and joins DisplayPort, Quad-DVI and Quad-SDI options.
The disguise team will be joined by Notch who will demonstrate its Face Tracking feature. Using machine learning, the feature can recognise faces in images and videos and track them.
Publitec, disguise’s German sales partner, will also show disguise systems and will host daily r15 seminar sessions, presented by the disguise team at 11am and 3pm, on Stand 4.0 D66.
