Audio-Technica has debuted its 3000 series wireless in-ear monitor system, launching the ATW-3255.
The ATW-3255 3000 series wireless in-ear monitor system features a rack-mount transmitter with front-panel controls and a large OLED display, with a body-pack receiver and ATH-E40 in-ear monitor headphones.
The body-pack receiver’s headphone amp and ATH-E40 headphones feature dual-phase, push-pull drivers for intelligible sound quality on stage.
The 3000 series offers wide-band UHF coverage for versatility with 138 MHz of tuning range spanning 470-608 MHz in frequency band DF2..
Pan/personal mix controls are included, with a cue mode that allows audio engineers to monitor several IEM channels from a single receiver, with a 3000 Link mode that enables compatibility with 3000 series wireless microphone components as well as network monitoring and control via the Audio-Technica wireless manager software.
Both the transmitter and receiver include OLED screens for readout of key settings and alerts in low lighting situations, with the body-pack receiver operating continuously for up to seven hours when powered by NiMH batteries and charged in optional ATW-CHG3 or ATW-CHG3N charging stations.
The transmitter also includes balanced XLR inputs and loop output, as well as a network port.
