AJA Dante AV 4K is an innovative IP video solution that brings cinema- quality, ultra-low latency video to a Dante audio network. Developed by Audinate, the industryleading provider of audio networking solutions, Dante AV is one of the most powerful and flexible IP solutions available today. Featuring the Dante AV Ultra visually lossless JPEG 2000 codec, high quality video and audio can be sent over a 1GigE network.
The Dante 4K-T can encode and transmit from 12G-SDI or HDMI 2.0 input up to 4K 60p video with 8-channels of embedded audio at 4:2:2 color space, and up to 4K 30p at 4:4:4. The Dante AV 4K-R receiver can then decode and output to 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0. Dante networks are easy to manage and route signals exactly where they need to go.
Using Audinate Dante Controller software for Windows and macOS, you can easily create unique signal flows with a mouse click. A key network infrastructure feature is the ability to transmit networked video, audio and power over one network cable with POE+ support. Dante audio networks are widespread throughout the proAV market. With support for over 3500 audio devices, adding Dante AV IP video is the next logical step to quickly building out an IP AV infrastructure.
