Epson to go ‘larger than life’ at Integrate 2026

Epson will bring its newest professional projection technology, deep application expertise, and immersive stand experience to Integrate 2026 at the ICC Sydney.

Built around the bold creative theme ‘Larger Than Life’, Epson’s presence at the show is designed to demonstrate not just what projection can do, but how far the category can be pushed when image quality, scale, reliability, and installation flexibility come together in one complete solutions portfolio.

For consultants, integrators, venue operators, educators, event specialists, and designers the Epson stand will offer a rare opportunity to experience the breadth of the company’s projection ecosystem in one place, while speaking directly with specialists who understand real-world deployment across corporate, education, retail, hospitality, museums, signage, and large venue environments.

The stand itself has been designed to reflect that leadership. Under the Larger Than Life banner, Epson will create an immersive environment that expands perception and celebrates detail, colour and scale. The concept uses ultra-high-resolution macro photography of insects to reveal textures, patterns and colours that are usually invisible to the naked eye.

Oversized foliage and natural elements throughout the exhibition space heighten this feeling of amplification, surrounding visitors with imagery that is vivid, precise, and unforgettable.

The hero product at Integrate will be the EB-XQ2030B, a new projector scheduled to launch later in 2026. As a 30,000-lumen 4K projector, it is designed for applications where very high brightness, image performance and a compact form factor are all essential. For large venues, live events, visitor attractions, staging environments, and premium commercial installations, the EB-XQ2030B offers an impressive combination of power and practicality.

By combining Epson 4K Crystal Motion with 3LCD laser technology, the EB-XQ2030B aims to deliver outstanding image clarity, vibrant colour, and strong contrast. Its compact footprint makes transport, handling, and setup far easier than might normally be expected from a projector in this class, which matters enormously for rental and staging businesses, systems integrators, and venue teams working to tight schedules.

Epson’s patented Advanced Cooling Engine supports reliable performance, while Intel SDM-ready connectivity helps streamline system integration. The shared lens platform across Epson’s high-brightness range also protects existing lens investments and makes deployment more efficient for partners and end users alike.

The second hero product is the EB-870Ei, a new interactive ultra-short-throw laser projector launching in early 2027. Designed for education and collaborative environments, it brings together large, bright images, 4K Enhancement technology and interactive functionality in a format that encourages participation and shared learning.

With its ultra-short-throw design, the EB-870Ei can maximise usable wall space while greatly reducing shadows and glare. Built-in wireless connectivity and Apple AirPlay support make content sharing straightforward, while its interactive capabilities help turn passive display into active collaboration. For schools, training environments and modern meeting spaces, it offers a compelling preview of where large-format engagement is heading.

Beyond the hero launches, Epson will demonstrate a carefully selected range of products that show the company's depth across key professional applications. The EB-L795SE is a short-throw laser projector delivering 7,000-lumen brightness, WUXGA resolution with 4K Enhancement, a 1.7x optical zoom and display sizes up to 400-in. With AirPlay and Miracast casting support, up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free laser light source life and compatibility with the ELPEC01 external camera, it is well suited to high ambient light environments where flexibility and image quality are both critical.

Also on display, the EB-L690SE offers 6,000 lumens brightness, WUXGA resolution with 4K Enhancement and a short throw ratio of 0.5-0.7:1, making it highly effective in bright environments where installation space is constrained. Lens shift, 1.4x optical zoom, keystone correction and 360-degree mounting provide valuable setup flexibility, while its laser light source and ELPEC01 external camera support help reinforce Epson's reputation for practical, low-maintenance professional solutions.

For meeting rooms and hybrid workspaces, Epson will feature the EB-810E, an ultra-short-throw model capable of producing displays up to 160-in from the wall. With 5,000 lumens brightness, 1080p resolution with 4K Enhancement, easy setup via the Epson Setting Assistance app and support for multi-projection capabilities, it is designed to deliver a space-saving large-screen experience in business environments where visibility, collaboration and ease of installation matter.

Epson will also highlight the EV-115 LightScene, its distinctive digital signage-ready projector that blends projection and design in a compact spotlight-style form. Delivering 2,200 lumens brightness and vibrant colour, the EV-115 is ideal for retail, hospitality, museum and event settings where display technology must integrate elegantly with the surrounding space. Its built-in media player, wireless content upload and playlist playback features make it a versatile option for creative visual merchandising and ambient branded experiences.
