Infobit AV has introduced the iSwitch 402UC-L, a 4x2 presentation switcher for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex and other collaborative meeting spaces.
The unit combines two HDMI inputs with two full-featured USB-C connections and supports resolutions up to 5120x2160 at 30Hz and 5120x1440 at 60Hz.
One USB-C input supports Multi-Stream Transport, enabling a compatible laptop to feed two displays from a single connection. This is intended for dual-screen rooms where content and remote participants are displayed separately.
The USB-C connections carry video, USB data and Ethernet, while providing up to 100W power delivery. Four USB 3.2 device ports allow room peripherals, including cameras, soundbars and speakerphones, to be shared between connected host devices.
This enables switching between an installed room PC and a guest laptop without reconnecting the room’s USB equipment.
The iSwitch 402UC-L supports automatic, independent and priority-based switching. Video and USB paths can also be routed separately, providing greater flexibility in systems where source selection and peripheral control need to operate independently.
Integration options include RS-232, GPIO, relay and occupancy sensor connections. These interfaces allow the switcher to form part of a wider room-control system, including automated display activation and occupancy-led room functions.
Balanced audio outputs are also included for connection to external amplifiers or installed audio systems.
Further specifications, wiring diagrams and deployment information are available on the Infobit AV product page.
