Lumens has launched its CaptureVision System LC100N, the company’s first NDI media processor that records, mixes sources and streams live.
Compatible with Panopto, Kaltura and Opencast, the LC100N is designed with lecture capture, house of worship streaming, corporate training and live events in mind, enabling live switching and production with the option to overlay text or insert logos.
The system can be used with fascia buttons, a built-in GUI or via the network interface, using Lumens’ deployment tool software to facilitate remote management and scheduling of multiple units to centralise system administration.
NDI|HX support is available, enabling the LC100N to receive multiple 1080p NDI|HX streams with the ability to convert HDMI, SDI and USB sources to NDI|HX, running the unit as an NDI encoder.
The onboard GUI director allows an HDMI screen, mouse and keyboard to be accessed, whilst users can activate and change layouts for pre-defined scenes when switching.
The LC100N also records the mixed program-out video and captures two video inputs with independent audio. Additionally, Lumens’ deployment tool software enables control, management and administration of multiple LC100N units on the network.
