NetSpeek has announced the first availability of Lena, an AI platform purpose-built for pro AV and unified communications (UC) operations.
With AI-powered automation and multi-vendor integration, Lena (the Language Enabled Network Administrator) aims to help organisations recognise, monitor, and control collaboration devices across global fleets, with a view to improving uptime and reducing time to resolution.
Supported by a growing partner ecosystem, Lena aims to deliver safer, faster deployments with natural-language workflows and enterprise guardrails.
Coinciding with the first availability of Lena, NetSpeek is expanding the Fleet Partnership Program. Its Agent Fleet Partners now include Logitech and Zoom. These new partners join Aurora, Barco, BrightSign, Poly (an HP company), Neat, Samsung, Sennheiser, and Skykit, who are already members.
John Stearns from Zoom said: “Customer’s choose Zoom for reliability and ease of use, and we’re committed to extending that simplicity into the day-to-day work of AV and UC operations. As agentic AI enters mainstream workflows, our partnership with NetSpeek and the Lena platform helps teams automate routine tasks, troubleshoot faster, and manage multi-vendor environments with confidence, bringing a new level of efficiency to IT and AV administration.”
