Pixel Global AV launches Pixel Global Care

Pixel Global AV today announced the launch of Pixel Global Care, a new enterprise managed service designed to help global organisations simplify and standardise AV support across international workplaces.

Pixel Global Care has been developed to address how modern customers view support and aims to move enterprise AV support from a reactive break-fix model towards proactive, predictive operations focused on business continuity and meeting readiness. Providing organisations with one contract, one global standard and one accountable support team, the offering aims to deliver a consistent approach to enterprise AV operations across every office and location.

Pixel Global Care provides direct operational support backed by dedicated service delivery, proactive monitoring, and global technical expertise.

Jamie Hanna, managing director UK at Pixel Global AV, said: “Enterprise organisations have transformed the way they communicate, collaborate and work, but AV support hasn't evolved at the same pace. When meeting spaces become business-critical infrastructure, downtime isn't simply an IT issue – it’s lost productivity, disrupted collaboration and frustrated employees. Our customers aren’t measuring how quickly a support ticket is answered; they’re measuring whether meetings start on time, technology performs as expected and employees enjoy a seamless workplace experience. That’s why Pixel Global Care is built around consistency, accountability and genuine ownership.”

Unlike traditional managed services that often depend on complex partner chains, Pixel Global Care is built around a direct delivery model that gives customers a single point of accountability throughout the entire lifecycle of their AV estate.

Every customer benefits from a named Service Delivery Manager alongside support delivered through Pixel’s Global Care Hub and Technical Operations Centre, providing continuous assistance across international time zones.

The service has been shaped by years of global project delivery and direct customer feedback from organisations managing increasingly complex AV estates across multiple countries.

Hanna continued: “We don’t disappear once an installation is complete. We build long-term operational relationships with our customers. Our engineers understand their environments, know their people and are invested in delivering reliable workplace experiences every day. That's what enterprise organisations have been asking for.”
