Pleneo will make its first-ever appearance in India at InfoComm India 2026, introducing its approach to making medium and large meeting rooms as simple to deploy as small ones.
At the centre of the showcase will be the Pleneo x Sennheiser Room Kits — complete, standardised meeting-room systems designed to remove much of the design, programming, and commissioning traditionally associated with larger collaboration spaces.
The Pleneo Room Kits combine Pleneo RoomHub, Room OS, RoomVision intelligent cameras, and RoomDesign PoE loudspeakers with Sennheiser TCCM Plus microphones into complete systems selected simply by room size.
The Medium Room Kit, designed for rooms up to 50 sq m, includes a Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus microphone, Pleneo RoomVision camera, four RoomDesign Ceiling PoE loudspeakers and RoomHub.
The Large Room Kit, designed for rooms up to 90 sq m, expands the system with two Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus microphones, six RoomDesign Ceiling PoE loudspeakers and the new Pleneo RoomVision XL camera.
Everything is orchestrated by Pleneo Room OS, allowing devices to discover one another, configure automatically and operate as a single room system rather than a collection of individually commissioned products.
The approach is particularly relevant as enterprises increase their adoption of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and AI-enabled workplace technologies. Reliable, intelligible speech capture is becoming increasingly important not only for people participating in meetings, but for AI-driven services including transcription, summaries, speaker attribution and intelligent meeting assistants.
Pleneo and Sennheiser announced their collaboration around the Room Kits earlier this year, combining Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Ceiling microphone technology with Pleneo’s software-driven room architecture. InfoComm India will mark the first time the complete Pleneo experience has been demonstrated publicly in the Indian market.
James Knight, CEO, Pleneo, said: “India is enormously important to Pleneo. It has a sophisticated technology market, major enterprise deployments and a channel that understands the problem we are trying to solve.”
Mitesh Lahoti, sales director India, Pleneo, commented: “InfoComm India is the first time we’ve shown Pleneo in India, so we’re going big. We want people to come and experience what happens when you stop treating every large meeting room like an engineering project.”
