QSC has launched Q-SYS Reflect in India, offering real-time health monitoring of connected Q-SYS systems and peripherals, both native and third-party.
The India launch adds to the list of more than 35 countries with access to Q-SYS cloud-based monitoring and management platform intrinsic to the Q-SYS full stock AV platform.
Q-SYS Reflect offers a unified view for AV/IT systems administrators, with the information needed to anticipate problems instead of only responding to them, helping maximise system uptime and performance.
The Q-SYS Reflect API is also available at no additional cost to subscribers to extend AV system data to existing IT or building management platforms.
Q-SYS Reflect Plus offers enterprise-level remote system management and control capabilities, enabling administrators to remotely assist users and configure systems.
Rajesh Mittal, vice president and general manager, India & SAARC, QSC, commented: “Expanding the capabilities of Q-SYS Reflect to India marks a key milestone in our mission to deliver powerful, cloud-based monitoring and management tools to India.
“These capabilities provide real-time visibility, remote support, and enterprise-level control, helping users stay agile and responsive in this dynamic market.”
