Digital signage, IPTV and video streaming specialist Tripleplay will support Samsung’s Tizen System-on-Chip platform, with full Lynk DRM encryption.
Support for Samsung SSP Tizen will be included as a standard in the Caveman 1 software release due in early 2018. It follows earlier announcements regarding Tripleplay support for LG webOS system-on-chip and
BrightSign Media Players.
Tripleplay believes the announcement is vital for its clients and partners, noting that approximately 10,000 end points are deployed on Samsung SSP.
