Hurrairah bin Sohail talks with Vichai Trading 1983, an established integrator in Thailand, regarding the AV systems it installed for the Government Lottery Office and how it made sure all demands were met.

After a period of instability, the political situation in Thailand has settled down and AV professionals in the country report that the government sector is an area being invested in. Vichai Trading 1983 specializes in government projects and one of its recently completed installations was the new premises for the Government Lottery Of?ce at Sanambin Nam, Nonthaburi, Thailand.

The Government Lottery Of?ce is the Royal Thai Government’s authority for issuing and awarding the national lottery. The project was started on December 1, 2013 and completed on August 31, 2014. In total, AV equipment and installation services for the project amounted to US$2.3 million (THB76 million).

Thaweesak Thamsirisup, managing director, Poj Phatrapakdee, sales manager, and Pranart Bosakoranat, sales engineer, from Vichai Trading 1983 discuss the details of the project. Thamsirisup relates the brief that was given to the integrator for the project: “The Government Lottery Office wanted a reliable AV systems integrator that has experience in government AV installations to help them create a high quality and future proof system that suits their needs.”
