Hat in the ring Features 23/04/2020 Thinking about entering the inaugural Inavate APAC Awards? Here are details about eligibility and entry guidelines along with some tips and tricks to increase the chances of your project making it all the way to the top.Since announcing the Inavate APAC Awards, the most commonly posed question from integrators has been ‘how do we decide if our project is good enough for the Awards?’. The answer is simple. If you are proud of the work you have done and if you believe you went above and beyond the call of duty for your client during the course of a project you should strongly consider entering. Professional pride and exceptional service to the client will be the two main things our judging panel weigh when making their decisions regarding finalists across the Award categories. Both can take a myriad of forms and we will be leaving it up to you to present your case in a manner that you see fit. The Inavate APAC Awards 2020 will feature nine specific categories for AV professionals to enter. The Project Award categories of Retail, Corporate, Education, Hospitality, Visitor Attraction and Leisure & Entertainment require participation from the integrator of the project to be accepted. Including consultant and end user input increases the strength of your entry for the Project Awards. Projects must be completed within the time frame of January 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020 in order to be eligible for consideration. We are offering an extended time frame for the inaugural Inavate APAC Awards 2020. Consultant of the year, APAC Industry influencer of the year and APAC Distributor of the year are self-explanatory. Self-nominations for all three categories are welcome. We will begin accepting entries for the Inavate APAC Awards 2020 from February 17, 2020, and the submission period will close on April 3, 2020. We look forward to your participation.
