InfoComm China 2017 attended by 32,074 visitors

The 2017 edition of InfoComm China completed its three day run at the China National Convention Centre on April 14, registering marked growth in every aspect of the show. Attendance at the exhibition registered a record 20.3% increase compared to 2016, with a total visitor count of 32,074.

The show also saw a record number of exhibitors – over 300 companies which included 95 first-time exhibitors.

Richard Tan, executive director of InfoCommAsia, said: “We are extremely pleased with the overwhelming response by exhibitors and visitors to this year’s show. We are heartened to note that an increasing number of exhibitors are using InfoComm China as their preferred platform to launch first-to-Asia products and solutions. The feedback we have received from both exhibitors and visitors was positive, validating the show’s value proposition as one of the key components in the digital transformation ecosystem.”

Stuart Craig, CEO Asia Pacific for Crestron, said: “As a market leader, we take the Chinese market very seriously. In fact, we've just made a big investment here. So, it is good timing for us that InfoComm China is happening now. It is a great way for us to get our message out to our audience.”

In addition, over the three days of Summit, 5,006 delegates participated in a total of 49 sessions, which provided insights and expositions on a wide spectrum of topics ranging from Internet of Things, AR/VR and impact of digitalization on Pro-AV and experiential communications technologies.

InfoComm China 2018 will be held on April 11 to 13, 2018.
