Midwich Group and Poly have confirmed a global hardware as a service programme, designed for new and existing channel partners to access UC technology.
The announcement follows the signing of a worldwide distribution partnership with Poly, designed to meet the demand for the Zoom platform.
The hardware as a service programme will launch on 1 September 2020, initially available in the UK and Ireland, North America, Australia and New Zealand before additional roll-outs to other regions which are planned for the future.
Poly’s certified for Zoom products will also be deployed by Midwich as part of the hardware as a service offering.
Stephen Fenby, group managing director, Midwich Group, said: “The global pandemic has resulted in unprecedented financial constraints and a need to optimise communication is key for every organisation, through work-from-home (WFH), office or classroom UC solutions.
“The launch of the new Hardware as a Service programme along with this exciting new global partnership with Poly, leaves us well positioned to offer the leading UC technology to our channel partners and their customers, without the substantial upfront costs.”
