NewTek has appointed Barbara Spicek as senior vice president of global sales and has also appointed Paul Dobbs as NewTek’s Asia Pacific sales director. The appointments are a part of the company’s overall growth strategy which focuses on deepening relationships with its channel partners.
Spicek has more than 20 years channel sales experience in the software and technology industry and is based at NewTek’s headquarters in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Spicek said: “Video production is growing at an exponential rate across all segments and markets, and NewTek’s breakthrough technologies represent an outstanding revenue opportunity for our channel partners world-wide. I look forward to strengthening and expanding our eco-system.”
Dobbs’ role will focus on leading growth for NewTek in the Asia Pacific region. Dobbs will work closely with new and existing channel partners in the APAC region, being based in Bangkok, Thailand.
