O2K has launched the Crestron Sightline Demo Room at the Inavate APAC Award-winning Beyonders Centre, Chennai.
The inauguration ceremony, graced by Mr. Ravi Varman, renowned cinematographer, featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Sightline Demo Room, and was attended by representatives from Crestron, Shure, Samsung, key clients, PMCs, and consultants.
Guests experienced live demonstrations of the Crestron Sightline Room, connected in real-time to Crestron’s Sightline Room at their CEC in Bangalore.
Commenting on the inauguration, Mr. Gagan Verma, vice president – India & SAARC at Crestron, said: “The unveiling of Office 2000's experience centre marks a significant milestone in redefining how we approach modern collaboration. By incorporating Crestron's Sightline Experience Room, Office 2000 has crafted a meeting room that sets a new standard for intelligent, immersive, and seamless communication. This is a testament to the strength of our partnership and Office 2000’s expertise in delivering exceptional, future-ready solutions. We’re proud to support their vision and are excited to see how this space will transform the way businesses connect and collaborate.”
Ms. Prabha Lakshmi, CEO, O2K, remarked: “At O2K, we believe in empowering businesses with the tools they need to thrive in a disconnected world that demands strong connections. The Crestron Sightline Demo Room represents our commitment to delivering not just solutions, but experiences. It’s a space where vision meets reality.”
In an exclusive interview with Inavate, she added: “Our partnership with Crestron spans over two decades, built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to excellence. O2K is proud to be one of Crestron’s elite partners, a recognition of our expertise and qualifications in the AV industry. This collaboration was a natural progression in our relationship, driven by the shared vision of creating a space where businesses can witness how advanced AV solutions redefine modern communication and collaboration.”
She continued: “This centre is not just about demonstrating a product—it’s about delivering an experience that redefines how organizations approach unified communication. By providing a platform where businesses can engage with transformative technology, it helps position O2K and Crestron as leaders in the AV industry, strengthening our reputation for tech leadership and innovation.”
The walkthrough of The Beyonders Centre allowed attendees to see firsthand how the Crestron Sightline Demo Room transforms hybrid meetings. Technical experts from both O2K and Crestron addressed queries, offering a comprehensive understanding of the system’s capabilities.
Ms. Prabha elaborated: “Visitors to the Crestron Sightline Demo Centre can expect to experience a fully immersive demonstration of how technology enhances collaboration. The Sightline system integrates features like multi-camera speaker tracking, AI-assisted framing, crystal-clear audio with Shure microphones, and broadcast-quality visuals on Samsung displays. What sets this centre apart is its focus on creating an experience—showing how these technologies work together to simplify and enhance hybrid collaboration rather than just showcasing individual products.”
Looking towards the future, Ms. Prabha shared her aspirations for The Beyonders Centre: “What makes The Beyonders Centre truly unique is that it is technology and OEM agnostic. This allows us to showcase the latest innovations from across the industry. Looking ahead, we are focused on expanding collaborations with our partners to continue providing our clients with the most comprehensive and future-ready AV experiences.”
The evening concluded with cocktails and dinner at the Hilton, Chennai, providing a platform for networking and celebrating this milestone in India’s AV landscape.
