Taiden empowers assembly hall in Sabah, Malaysia

Taiden provided 100 sets of HCS-8668 series paperless multimedia congress terminals for the Sabah State Legislative Assembly Hall in Malaysia.

The conference module operating software was designed with important considerations in mind, such as the need for efficiency, confidentiality and stability.

Moreover, the architectural characteristics of the assembly hall played a part in Taiden’s choice of deploying the HCS-8668 series.

Using Taiden’s own GMC-Stream gigabit multimedia congress stream technology, audio and video signals are transmitted via a single network cable, preventing the risk of a virus hacking attack.

For audio, Taiden installed large-diaphragm gooseneck microphones. A14" LCD touch panel was also implemented in the hall.

Moreover, the system as a one-stop content management software. Before a high-profile meeting, meeting materials can be distributed and meeting details can be controlled and pre-programmed via a PC or tablet. During the meeting, the software has functions such as speech-text guidance, desktop sharing and call service. After the meeting ends, the information is automatically organised and can be deleted instantaneously.
