Vega Global opens contact centre in Philippines to support clients

Vega Global has opened a 24/7 contact centre in Manila, Philippines to facilitate the growing demands of global AV projects. The new facility is located in the group’s Manila office.

Vega Global’s managing director, Laurie Chow officiated the grand opening and extended his congratulations to Angelo Somera, country manager of Vega Philippines, on the successful growth of the business since its opening in 2014.

The expansion reflects the strength of the company and the popularity of the Philippines as the world’s call centre capital having an abundant labour pool that is educated, proficient in the English language and familiarity of both Asian and Western cultures.
