Blue Alchemy Labs has been named an ISAAC Expert by Smart Monkeys, becoming the first certified partner in the Asia-Pacific region for the show control platform.
The Melbourne-based experience strategy consultancy joins Forward Thinking Designs in the US and JP ShowSystems in the UK as the first three partners in Smart Monkeys’ newly launched ISAAC Expert Program.
ISAAC is used across themed entertainment, museums and live event AV systems. The certification authorises selected consultants, designers and integrators to deliver ISAAC consultation, system design, commissioning and official training in the markets where they operate.
For Blue Alchemy Labs’ clients in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, the certification provides local access to ISAAC support without requests being routed through Smart Monkeys’ Miami headquarters.

Ross added that the company would support Smart Monkeys in bringing localised ISAAC expertise, consultation, commissioning and training to clients across the region.
The certification adds to Blue Alchemy Labs’ work across immersive experiences, themed entertainment, cultural attractions, museums, exhibitions and destination projects.
Blue Alchemy Labs said the move gives clients running ISAAC-based systems on attraction, exhibition and entertainment projects a single point of contact for both strategic advisory and hands-on platform expertise.
