Christie announced that its CineLife+ Series cinema projectors will be captivating audiences at SXSW Sydney 2024, taking place from October 14 to 20.
As a partner of this festival, Christie projection technology will be delivering visual experiences to attendees across multiple locations, including the Darling Harbour Theatre at ICC Sydney.
Original Syndicate, in collaboration with HOYTS Cinema Technology Group (CTG), Christie’s longstanding partner, will oversee the Screen Festival Showcase, providing comprehensive technical services to ensure seamless operation of all equipment, including the projection systems.
The 4K-resolution, 35,000-lumen Christie CP4435-RGB pure laser cinema projector will deliver visuals on a newly installed 15.3-metre by 6.58-metre screen in the Darling Harbour Theatre.
Additionally, film enthusiasts can also enjoy screenings powered by the new Christie CineLife+ RBe projectors at Palace Central Cinema Sydney in Chippendale, another key screening venue for SXSW Sydney.
