Crestron unveils experience centre in Shanghai, China

Crestron has unveiled an experience centre in Xuhui District, Shanghai, China. The decision forms a crucial part of the company’s investment strategy in the Asia Pacific market. With the move, Crestron hopes to be well-positioned to better serve local partners and retailers and enabling them to improve performance and expand investment.

Creston has established branches in India, Hong Kong and Mainland China as part of an ongoing commitment to provide optimised services and support to regional customers. The multi-functional experience centres form an essential element to these branches’ service offering. The newly opened centre in Shanghai is fully-equipped with a variety of training facilities and work studios.

Stuart Craig, CEO of Crestron Asia Pacific, said: “Crestron provides an ‘Ecosystem’ for people’s modern life, and China is becoming one of significant markets of Crestron. Now Crestron tries to land itself and start from the East of China first, with the cooperation with our partner Golden Bridge, but in the future we intend strongly to expand our business into the West, opening more experience centres, and even setting plants.”
