NETGEAR Engage Controller is a centralized network management platform designed to streamline and modernise AV-over-IP deployments across enterprise, broadcast, and live-event environments. Built to work with NETGEAR’s AV-centric switches, routers, and WiFi 7 access points, the Engage Controller provides a unified interface for configuring, monitoring, and deploying complex AV networks with efficiency and confidence.
The Engage Controller’s core capabilities — including automatic device discovery, centralized configuration with AV-specific profiles, one-click firmware updates, and intuitive network topology visualisation — already help administrators reduce setup time and eliminate manual errors. Those features empower teams to deploy consistent, high-performance AV networks across sites and scales.

With the upcoming launch of version 2.4, NETGEAR is introducing a major enhancement: offline provisioning. This new functionality allows network designers and integrators to build complete virtual networks — including virtual switches and WiFi 7 access points — without any physical hardware connected. Entire configurations can be created, tested, and validated in advance, then exported and deployed on site simply by connecting devices. Configurations can also be saved as reusable templates to accelerate future installations.
By combining these innovations with its existing centralised management capabilities, the NETGEAR Engage Controller continues to deliver faster deployment, greater consistency, and reduced operational complexity. Version 2.4 reinforces NETGEAR’s commitment to giving AV and IT professionals the tools they need to plan, deploy, and scale AV-over-IP networks with confidence and speed.
