NetSpeek announced an update to Lena, enabling the latest evolution of its AI orchestration platform for pro AV and Unified Communications. The update introduces a new AI troubleshooting capability designed to transform how organisations support and maintain modern collaboration environments.
Building on Lena’s foundation as an orchestration layer for multi-vendor AV & UC ecosystems, the new troubleshooting capability represents a step forward in NetSpeek’s vision of moving operations from reactive monitoring to autonomous resolution.
The new AI Troubleshooting capability is purpose-built to assist IT and help desk teams in identifying and resolving issues across conference rooms and enterprise environments where AV and UC technologies are deployed.
Leveraging AI-driven reasoning and real-time system context, the Troubleshooting capability can:
- Detect issues across devices, rooms, and platforms
- Diagnose root causes by analysing system behaviour and dependencies
- Guide or execute resolution workflows to accelerate time to fix
By augmenting support teams with intelligent, context-aware assistance, Lena aims to reduce the burden of manual troubleshooting and dramatically improves operational efficiency.
For example, when configuration drift impacts a meeting room, Lena can analyse the entire system as a unified solution, identify the root cause, and initiate guided or automated remediation. In many cases, this allows the issue to be resolved remotely without requiring a technician onsite. This represents a significant shift from traditional monitoring tools that only report device status without diagnosing or resolving issues.
This update of Lena reinforces NetSpeek’s broader vision for the future of AV and UC operations.
Erik DeGiorgi, CEO of NetSpeek, said: “Reactive operations don’t scale. Teams today are buried in alerts and tickets, spending valuable time diagnosing issues instead of solving them. With the update to Lena and the new AI troubleshooting capability, we’re taking a major step toward autonomous operations, where AI doesn’t just surface problems, but actively helps resolve them.”
