LED Studio will launch Eclipse, its power management system at ISE 2025.
The Eclipse power management system aims to reduce or eliminate energy consumption during standby modes, using power-saving features that optimise energy use in real time.
The system’s lower power mode reduces energy consumption when displays aren’t receiving a video signal, while zero power mode which shuts down the display and receiver card.
Addressing technical issues such as inrush current and thermal stress, Eclipse aims to deliver safe and durable operation during power transitions, safeguarding internal components.
Initially available with LED Studio’s Vivid series, Eclipse technology will be integrated across the company’s product range. A 25 sq. m. Vivid P1.5 display running 12 hours a day could save approximately 4,024 kWh annually with Eclipse, reducing costs by an approximate €1,161.34 according to the manufacturer.
