Xilica has released Dynamic Voice Lift, a new feature in Xilica Designer v4.12 designed to bring adaptive speech reinforcement to larger collaboration spaces.
The feature is aimed at large meeting rooms, classrooms and auditoria where participants may speak from different positions around the room.
Traditional voice lift systems often rely on fixed speaking positions or multi-zone microphone outputs to provide consistent reinforcement. Xilica said Dynamic Voice Lift allows systems to adapt in real time to the position of the active speaker, supporting more natural conversation without requiring users to stand in specific locations or switch presets.
The feature can be used with single-output ceiling microphones, including the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium and Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2, allowing integrators to deliver spatially aware voice lift without complex zoning or additional hardware.
Dynamic Voice Lift is designed for spaces with distributed seating, classrooms that combine instructor-led teaching with student participation, and flexible rooms used for presentations, discussions and workshops.
The feature is intended to improve speech intelligibility across the room, support more inclusive communication and allow one room setup to serve multiple use cases.
Dynamic Voice Lift is available now in Xilica Designer v4.12.
