Epson’s Moverio BT-350 augmented reality smart glasses are now integrated with TeamViewer Pilot, allowing for secure connectivity for remote assistance use.
TeamViewer Pilot allows users to remotely guide other users through operations via Moverio smart glasses’ live camera-sharing, voice and on-screen annotations.
Users in centralized support organisations can connect to a computer or mobile device, virtuallty viewing the remote location to view what field workers are seeing through smart glasses in real time.
AR annotations can be made with guiding arrows, free-hand drawing and sequence guidance on top of objects in the field of view of onsite workers.
