Extron has launched the SF 10C SUB, an in-ceiling subwoofer that complements the Extron range of ceiling and pendant speakers.
The product extends the low frequency response to support music and high-performance audio applications. The sub is suspended by wire and therefore isolated from the ceiling grid. It has a 10-in driver within a 4th order bandpass and plenum-rated enclosure.
Its driver has 800 watts of continuous programme power handling capability. With its 4th order bandpass design and rigid composite enclosure, the SF 10C SUB works with ceiling speakers to dramatically improve the system bass response, extending the low frequency range down to 25 Hz.
