StageMix Technologies has completed the installation of a professional monitoring system powered by Genelec Smart Active Monitors at Wings Entertainment, located in Mumbai. The project was undertaken to create a highly accurate and reliable monitoring environment suited for critical music production, mixing, and post-production workflows.
The monitoring setup is centred around Genelec 1238A SAM Studio Monitor loudspeakers deployed as the left and right main monitors, paired with a Genelec 1237A SAM Studio Monitor serving as the centre channel. To complement the main system and provide detailed near-field reference, Genelec 8341A SAM Studio Monitor loudspeakers have been installed as near fills. Low-frequency performance is handled by the Genelec 7380A SAM Subwoofer, enabling extended bass response with excellent control and clarity.
Together, these monitors form part of Genelec’s Smart Active Monitoring ecosystem, allowing the entire system to be calibrated and optimised for the room’s acoustic environment.
With this installation, Wings Entertainment now benefits from a monitoring environment designed to deliver uncompromising accuracy and translation across different playback systems. The project reflects StageMix Technologies’ continued focus on bringing world-class professional audio solutions to studios and production facilities across India.
