Pham Anh Khoa joins Universal Procurement Systems as Xilica portfolio manager

Universal Procurement Systems Vietnam has appointed Pham Anh Khoa as its new Xilica portfolio manager. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Khoa steps into this role with a blend of technical know-how, sales expertise, and a passion for innovation.

With over five years of experience in the AV industry, Khoa has a background that spans both the business and creative aspects of technology. His academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in business and a diploma in multimedia, complemented by Dante Level 1 and 2 certification.

Khoa’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Universal Procurement Systems Vietnam. Since launching its professional division in 2017, the company has grown steadily, expanding from a modest two-person team to a close-knit group of five, with plans for further expansion already underway. The Vietnam team plays a crucial role in the company’s broader regional strategy, working with consultants, system designers, AV integrators, sound engineers, and musicians to deliver solutions.

Christian Liebenberg from UPS commented: “Vietnam is just the beginning. We are reshaping how our portfolio is managed in Singapore, and we are also looking to go full force in Malaysia. Our product portfolio is robust, and we want to scale in many territories. We have representation in Sri Lanka, we have sub-distribution in Nepal and Bangladesh. And down the, toward the second-half of the year, we want to start focusing on Philippines. There is a lot of growth in UPS’ future.”
