TDC Studios will be hosting an XR showcase in Alexandria, Sydney on 5th and 6th October 2023.
The showcase aims to give film, TV, events and advertising industry professionals insights into research and development, live demonstrations and testing of technology and conduct discussions about XR and Virtual Production. Members from the Australian Cinematography Society and the honorary Visual Effects Society will also be present.
TDC Studios will be showcasing innovations with technology from ARRI, Barco, GhostFrame, Megapixel VR, Pixotope.
David O’Connor, technical project manager at TDC Studios, commented: “Australia is becoming a centre of excellence in digital filmmaking. Virtual production has grown significantly over the past few years and we’re seeing a boom in high-end production techniques that mirror that growth.”
