Vega Global has announced the acquisition of Kodum, a technology services provider operating in ANZ and the Pacific Islands, to expand its services across the region and better service its multi-national clients.
The acquisition sees Kodum executive, Andrew Green, taking on the position of CEO of Vega ANZPAC (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands), while current Vega Australia country manager, Nikolce Blazevski, is promoted to global project director at Vega Global.
Matthew Deayton, deputy CEO of Vega Global, said: “Vega Global and Kodum share similar values and approach to customer service, and a desire to integrate best-practice digital solutions that help companies connect, collaborate, and work more efficiently. This partnership is a seamless way to build out our industry- leading capabilities and better support our clients in the ANZ and Pacific Islands market."
Green said: “This fusion fast tracks Kodum’s transformational journey and will deliver great opportunities for not only our customers but also our team. Strategically, this elevates us beyond the traditional AV integrators whilst pushing us further into IT markets, enabling us to offer unique and expanded services. We’re even more excited about the opportunities ahead of us as we integrate capabilities, expand and push into new markets across the region. We also recognise this investment as a stamp of approval for what the company has achieved so far.”
