Videopro unveils new leadership structure

Videopro has unveiled a new leadership structure aimed at driving operational excellence, improving customer experience, and accelerating growth.

Led by director and CEO, Cameron Douglas, the leadership team includes fellow directors, Ian Wright as chief operating officer and Jason Derry as chief services officer as well as Stuart Nicholls as chief revenue officer and newly appointed Yas Grigaliunas as chief experience officer. Rounding out this group is Lea McGinniss in the role of chief of staff to manage the executive function.

On the changes Douglas said: “Having a team of A players is only half of the story – the structure and how they operate inside it is equally as important. I’ve also come to learn that these key executive roles tell everybody inside and outside of the business what is important to us – and that is operational excellence, customer and employee experience, the many services we deliver and business growth.

“We needed a team and structure that could not only help us navigate these different markets, but really leverage how they work together to create unique and sustainable competitive advantage.”

On the team Douglas said: “Jason, Ian and I are a very aligned board, and Stu and Yas have both been founders and run high growth businesses. In addition to this Yas has an unmatched pedigree in sustainability which will be transformative for Videopro and our clients. Lea has been with us for 7 years and this is a natural and welcome evolution of her role.”

The leadership changes have been part of a company-wide organisational restructure built around Videopro’s customers and staff and aims to set the business up for future growth.
