Absen has upgraded its global showroom booking platform, making it easier for customers and partners to arrange visits to its international network of LED display showrooms.
The refreshed platform is designed to simplify the process of finding a showroom, selecting an appointment time and submitting visit requests.
The upgrade follows Absen’s continued expansion of its global showroom footprint, with new sites and brand factory stores opened across the Americas, EMEA and APAC over the past year.
New locations include Los Angeles, Mexico and Denver in the Americas; Morocco and Saudi Arabia in EMEA; and Korea and Vietnam in APAC.

The showrooms are designed to give customers direct access to Absen’s LED display technologies for pro AV, digital out-of-home, rental and staging applications. Each location features displays selected for local market requirements, with guided tours, demonstrations, meeting spaces, partner events and in-person technical support.
The centres also provide Absen Certified Engineer training closer to customers in regional markets.
The upgraded booking interface includes a cleaner design and more streamlined navigation. Absen said users can now identify the nearest showroom, view available time slots and receive clearer booking status updates.
Tania Zhao, vice president of Absen, said: “Today, with more than 20 state-of-the-art experience centres across four continents, we are making it easier for customers to access our showrooms, explore solutions relevant to their needs and benefit from a more seamless, personalised experience from their first interaction with Absen.”
The upgraded global showroom booking platform is now live for all Absen showrooms worldwide.
