Blue Alchemy Labs has appointed Molly Piveral as strategic partnership director, marking a step in the company’s continued global growth and focus on strengthening industry relationships.
Piveral joins the business with a strong track record across themed entertainment, immersive experiences and live events, bringing a depth of experience that spans concept development through to delivery on complex, high profile projects.
Her career began in Central Florida, working within entertainment and community relations at Walt Disney World, before progressing into senior roles across the industry. She has since contributed to a wide range of major projects, including theme parks, exhibitions, corporate experiences and large-scale live events such as Super Bowl halftime productions.
Piveral has also held director level positions focused on strategic partnerships and business development and serves on the board of the Themed Entertainment Association, reflecting her active role within the global experience community.
In her role at Blue Alchemy Labs, Piveral will lead strategic partnerships, working closely with clients and collaborators to identify opportunities for growth, alignment and long-term value creation across projects.
Molly said: “Over the past year, I have spent time reflecting on the kind of impact I want to make. My experience has shown me that real progress comes from addressing the underlying gaps within organisations and connecting them to tangible outcomes. For me, business development is about driving purposeful change, strengthening teams and creating alignment across disciplines. I am excited to be joining Blue Alchemy Labs at a time when those conversations are more important than ever.”
The appointment reflects Blue Alchemy Labs’ continued focus on building a network of strong partnerships and supporting clients with strategic insight across the full lifecycle of experience projects.
Mike Ross, founder and CEO of Blue Alchemy Labs, said: “Molly brings a rare combination of industry experience, strategic thinking and genuine insight into how organisations operate. Her ability to connect people, ideas and outcomes makes her a natural fit for the way we work. As we continue to grow internationally, strengthening our partnerships and relationships is critical, and Molly will play a central role in that.”
Piveral will be attending TEA INSPIRE Week 2026, one of the industry’s key global gatherings organised by the Themed Entertainment Association.
Those attending are encouraged to connect with her during the event to begin conversations around future collaborations and upcoming projects.
