Christie has announced that CGV, South Korea’s largest cinema chain, has deployed Christie CineLife+ Series CP4455-RGB pure laser projectors and Christie Mystique Cinema software at its flagship SCREENX Theatre in Yeongdeungpo.
Located at Times Square in Seoul, the CGV Yeongdeungpo SCREENX Theatre houses the world’s longest fixed projection screen, certified by the Korea Record Institute. Spanning 72 meters in width and reaching a height of 13.9 meters, this venue is now powered by dual Christie CP4455-RGB projectors illuminating its 25-meter central screen.
