Christie Digital Systems and Vista PHX announced an agreement in principle to sell the Christie broadcast and professional video business, creating a new corporation created by former Vista systems owners.
The new corporation is formed by Clark Williams and Jeff Wilson,will continue to operate in the USA, acquiring Christie intellectual property and essential operational infrastructure for the Spyder, Terra, Phoenix, and Mastering Gateway product lines. The transaction is expected to close by the end of February.
