Intec has signed a sales agency agreement with Proto and will be bringing the latter’s holographic communication platform to Japan. In addition, Intec will provide support for the implementation and utilisation of the technology, including the design and construction of networks and applications.
With this agreement, Intec aims to realise next-generation remote communication that improves the experience value of customers.
In 2024, Intec was certified as a partner by Proto and has implemented multiple applications on the company’s holographic communication platform and conducted demonstration tests with Yamagata Bank and other banks, mainly for customer service operations.
This track record was recognized by Proto, leading to the conclusion of a sales agency contract.
