AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions jointly hosted Ignite 2026, an event which brought together industry specialists for live smart workplace tech demos and industry insight.
The Ignite event welcomed business leaders, architects, project consultants, workplace strategists, IT decision makers, and technology professionals for an evening of smart workplace technology and design demonstrations, alongside perspectives on the evolution of the modern workplace.
Held at Prestige Tower, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, the invite-only event saw a plethora of industry professionals attend from across the workplace ecosystem, including architects and designers, project management consultants, international project consultants, real estate professionals, workplace strategists, technology leaders, and AV specialists. This allowed professionals who often contribute to the same workplace project from different stages or perspectives to meet in one setting.

Ignite 2026 marks the first collaboration between AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions, designed to bridge the gaps between different disciplines and examine how various perspectives intersect in the creation of modern workplaces.
The key themes of the event explored the question of how technology, design, workplace strategy, and experience can work together to create environments that are flexible, functional, and future ready, featuring a diverse speaker lineup that brought together voices from acoustics, audio, real estate, and workplace strategy.
Eshan Doke, acoustic design consultant, Sonosphere, opened the conversation around acoustic design and the importance of creating spaces that sound better and perform better for their intended use, while Claron Dsouza, co-founder, AuralEdge Technologies, and Prashant Govindan, director, Generation AV, explored the considerations involved in designing audio experiences for modern workplaces.
As well as technology and design, the evening’s talking points transitioned towards workplace and real estate perspectives, as Kiran Mahambre, regional head – real estate, HERE Technologies, shared insights into creating future-ready work environments, while Aashish Agrawal, chief business officer, Reddy Realty, explored a corporate real estate perspective around the future of workplaces, highlighting that the workplace cannot be viewed through just one lens.
These sessions encouraged questions and audience participation, focussing on how acoustics influence communication, how audio influences collaboration, and how workplace strategy influences how spaces are planned and used.
After the speaker sessions, guests were able to explore the AllWave Workplace Technology Concept Centre, where ideas discussed during the evening could be experienced in a real-world environment.
The experience was delivered through guided walkthroughs and live demonstrations, allowing guests to explore workplace environments which incorporate AV, UC, acoustics, collaboration technology, control systems, and other workplace technologies.
The Concept Centre featured more than 58 workplace technologies, adding a practical aspect to the experience.
