K-array facilitates training for Chinese distributor

K-array held a training session for its Chinese distributors, RACPro at their offices in Guangzhou. The four-day session was managed by K-array service manager, Daniel Strassera with 20 participants from RACPro as part of K-array’s educational program. The exhaustive training covered all product categories, software management and product troubleshooting.

The session began with an overview of the products, including their evolution from the initial prototypes to current offerings. The lecture then covered K-array’s unique technologies such as Slim Array Technology (SAT) and digital steering, and concluded with how to identify and resolve technical issues related to possible failures and educating the attendees of the conditions of product warranties.

Strassera said: "We sell innovative products that are very different from everything on the market. Initially, new distributors love our products but aren’t exactly sure of all their features. Our training is a way to develop a large team of global technical experts who can fully support their local market."

Dawn Ho, product manager, said: "As a new recruit at RACPro, I found the training quite overwhelming at the very beginning. But it turned out to be everything I hoped it would be. Daniel provided great depth on the topics by breaking everything down into simplified sections and was able to discuss off-topic areas as well. The presentation was structured in very digestible segments and training objectives were clearly explained and achieved. This K-array training course helped me in all areas that I was previously unclear about. This enlightening jumpstart is exactly what I need."
