BenQ Group is showcasing its "Smart+ AI Now" initiative at the 2024 Computex, focusing on integrating AI technology across various industries.
This initiative aims to drive innovation in seven sectors: AI Smart Restaurant, Smart Enterprise, Smart Education, Smart Entertainment, Smart Transportation, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart Networking & Communications.
Over 20 AI application workshops have been conducted to support clients in adopting next-generation AI applications.

At Computex, BenQ Group will present several AI-driven solutions. Partner Tech and WiXtar are introducing a 3-in-1 AI self-ordering kiosk and an AI-powered automated restaurant, featuring AI persona marketing recommendations, AI multilingual menus, and AI voice recognition ordering.
MetaGuru's "AI Smart Hotel Solution" offers a multilingual housekeeping system that connects front and backend operations using AI, big data, and RPA technologies while DSIGroup's ConPer Eagle system uses AI to analyse customer images in real-time.
BenQ's educational innovation solution includes a BenQ board with AI technology and EDLA certification. MetaAge, in collaboration with Microsoft’s Azure AI, will introduce AI/data integrated applications such as KMS AI platforms, AI customer service, and AI virtual anchors.
Epic Cloud, a Google Cloud certified premier partner, will unveil the “Bizinfo business information AI platform,” providing core information on TWSE/TPEx listed companies to develop effective business strategies. On the other hand, D8ai’s AI in the BoxTM will be offering a private-cloud server with customisable AI solutions, including large language models and a no-code service flow platform for building AI agents.
Grandsys will demonstrate its “smart customer experience platform,” which integrates various communication channels using Google AI technology to improve customer service. High Performance Information’s “Secretary Kim” AI due diligence survey solution aims to reduce bank loan review times from 30 days to three days.
Additionally, Data Image is launching an outdoor display system with advanced voiceprint recognition and noise reduction technology. DFI, in collaboration with Intel, is developing an “AI smart energy-saving charging pile concept machine” that enhances energy efficiency through AI computing and workload consolidation.
BenQ is also highlighting its "smart entertainment-immersive gaming experience" with a gaming projector and TV that offer immersive gaming experiences and seamless work and entertainment integration.
